Design Review Process

Thinking about building or remodeling your home?
 
Indian Fields Homes Association (IFHA) does, in fact, have stricter rules for setbacks, width, structures, etc. than the City of Prairie Village. Prior to building, ensure you, your architect, your contractor, and your subcontractors understand these restrictions and the approval process. 
 
Plans need to be submitted to the IFHA for review and approval prior to the start of construction. This includes the addition of sheds or other permanent structures. This approval process is in addition to and separate from the Prairie Village city permit.
